By placing an order or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Prices are quoted in USD/CNY (specify currency) and exclude taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required before shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept T/T, LC, or other methods as mutually agreed.

3. Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Delivery timelines are estimates only. The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Quality & Inspection

• Products comply with China Export Standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 22000, Halal, etc.).
• Claims for defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns require prior authorization.
• No refunds for buyer-caused cancellations or improper storage.

6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, trademarks, and content remain the Company’s exclusive property.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, wars).

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Shandong Province, China. Disputes shall be resolved in Jinan courts.
